Cape League 2005 all-stars

The Chatham A's, losers of the East Division finals to the eventual league champion Orleans Cardinals, led the way with seven members on the final Cape Cod Baseball League all-star team.

The Cardinals put two players on the team, while Harwich added three and Brewster one.

The all-stars are as follows:

Second base -- Evan Longoria (Chatham), .299, 8 HR, 35 RBI

Shortstop -- Manny Burriss (Orleans), .286, 37 stolen bases

Outfield -- Colin Curtis (Orleans), .323, 10 RBI

Outfield -- Alex Presley (Chatham), .341, 1 HR, 11 RBI
