Braves season ends short of final playoff round

A large crowd turned out at Doran Park for the first game of the Braves-Commodores playoff.

The Bourne Braves turned in a solid season in the Cape Cod Baseball league, finishing 25-17-2, good for first place in the league’s Western Division, eight points ahead of the second-place Falmouth Commodores.
