Slugging Bourne first baseman
Kyle Roller has been named Coca-Cola Batter of the Week for the first week of the 2009 season. Roller had an astoundingly productive week at the plate, batting .429 and leading the league in slugging percentage at an .810 clip. Roller has driven in seven of his team's 22 runs, and leads the league in RBI. His two home runs also tie Roller for second in the CCBL in that category. This has all been done despite only 21 plate appearances. Mike Campbell,
